No. Simafri Suite is sold per account: one plan covers your whole team, with unlimited users. You choose a storage plan, shared by everyone, and adding a person to the team costs nothing.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes: your addresses live on your own domain name (contact@your-business.com). If you have a website with Serenity by Simafri, your domain is already with us and a Simafri Suite account is already included in your subscription.
Do calendar and contacts sync with my phone?
Yes. Calendar and contacts use the standard sync protocols supported natively by iPhone, Android and desktop applications, with a dedicated app password for each device.
How does my team read their mail?
In a fast web interface that works on any device, installable as an app on your phone, with notifications. Each person has their own mailbox and sets their own password.
What happens when my account reaches its storage plan?
Your incoming mail keeps arriving. You can free up space or move to a bigger plan whenever you like, and extra 50 GB blocks can be added to any plan.
Is there a commitment period?
No. Subscriptions run without a commitment period and renew at the same price. Prices shown are for yearly billing; monthly billing is also available.
