Agents that take action

A request comes in, the agent handles it

An AI agent sees the task through: it reads the request, checks your tools, prepares or carries out the action, and submits to you whatever commits your company. Here is what it does, in practice.

A customer writes at 10 pm to ask where their order is.

The agent finds the order in your tools and replies in the customer's language, tracking number included, a few minutes later.

A prospect fills in the form on your website.

The agent qualifies the request, records it in your CRM, replies with the right information and offers a meeting slot in your salesperson's calendar.

A supplier invoice arrives as an attachment.

The agent reads the amounts, matches it to the purchase order and prepares it in your management software: you approve it in one click.

A customer asks for a refund.

The agent gathers the history, prepares the reply and submits it to you with a summary: the decision is yours.

What we deliver

A complete agent, from design to operation

Designed for your business

We start from your real processes: the requests that come in, the answers you give, the actions that follow. The agent is built on that basis, task by task.

Connected to your tools

Email, CRM, management software, calendar, documents: the agent reads and acts in them through their APIs and MCP connectors, and your teams keep their habits.

Your company's memory

Procedures, products, prices, standard replies: the agent relies on what your company already knows, and learns from every correction.

You stay in control

You decide what the agent does on its own and what it submits to you: a refund, a quote or a commitment waits for your approval, given in one click.

Your customers' languages

The agent replies in each person's language, with your company's tone and wording.

At work day and night

Requests sent in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays are handled as they arrive.

A log of every action

Every task is recorded: what the agent read, what it did, what it submitted and who approved it.

Run by our engineers

We monitor, update and improve your agents, and choose the best-suited AI model for each task.

How we work

Your first agent in three steps

  1. Scoping

Together we list the tasks to hand over, your tools, your rules, and what the agent will do on its own or submit to you.

  2. Build

We build the agent, connect it to your tools and test it on your real cases before it goes live.

  3. Operation

The agent works; we monitor it, keep improving it and report to you on everything it has handled.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions about AI agents

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is a program that relies on an artificial intelligence model to carry a task through to the end: it understands a request, checks the company's tools and information, then replies or acts, on its own or after approval. It takes on a whole piece of work, such as answering a customer, processing an invoice or following up with a prospect.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in a chat window. An AI agent takes action: it finds an order, updates a customer record, prepares an invoice or schedules a meeting in your tools, and it handles requests where they arrive, by email or through a form.

Which tasks can you hand over to an AI agent?

Frequent tasks that follow known rules: answering customer questions, qualifying and following up with prospects, sorting an inbox, entering invoices, preparing quotes, keeping records up to date, writing reports. Scoping lets you choose the ones that give your team back the most time.

Can an AI agent connect to our software?

Yes. The agent works inside your tools through their APIs or through MCP connectors, the open protocol that links AI to software: email, CRM, management software, calendar, document storage. Simafri Suite and Simafri ERP connect directly, and we build the connector for a line-of-business application when needed.

How do you keep control over what the agent does?

You decide, action by action, what the agent does on its own and what it submits to you. Actions that commit your company, such as a refund, a quote or a promised deadline, wait for your approval, and every task can be reviewed in a log.

Is our data protected?

Your data remains your property. The agent accesses only the tools and information you open to it, and AI models are called through business accounts, under contract, which reserve your data for your use.

How long does it take to put an AI agent into service?

A few weeks for a first agent, depending on the number of tasks and tools to connect. It starts with the most frequent requests, then its scope grows at the pace you choose.

How much does an AI agent cost?

It is quoted, based on the tasks handed over, the tools to connect and the volumes handled. Scoping allows us to send you a precise proposal.
