Full-Stack Assistance
Your own kernel, reserved memory, a dedicated IPv4 address, Linux or Windows Server: a whole machine opens up plenty of settings, and Full-Stack Assistance supports you on every one of them. Included with every VPS Ultra, it starts from what you observe. We diagnose the issue, you receive the steps to follow, and you decide what to apply on your machine.
My project needs a kernel module that refuses to load.
We read the kernel messages with you, pinpoint the version or parameter at fault, then show you how to load it and keep it across updates.
My business application has to run on Windows Server.
Windows Server is installed on request, with the licence billed separately. We then tell you which roles to enable and which settings suit your application.
The mail I send directly keeps landing in spam folders.
We review your IPv4 address's reputation, your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and the receiving servers' replies with you, then tell you what to correct.

Every night, your virtual machine is backed up as a whole, from outside it and with no agent to install, on Linux as on Windows Server. The copy is encrypted and kept off the machine for seven days. On request, our team restores the machine to the state of the backup you choose.
Yes, as soon as your project calls for it. One reboot is all it takes: your virtual machine restarts at a larger size, with more reserved memory and no reinstalling, its system, kernel settings and your data all in place. Your rate follows the new size from that change.
