Simafri ERP
The modules that run your business
Quotes, invoices, customers, suppliers, purchases, stock, bank, accounting exports: the whole catalogue lives in one subscription, and every module is there from day one.
The catalogue
What Simafri ERP does day to day
Every module is included in the subscription and waiting for you the moment your company is opened. You use the ones your trade calls for, when it calls for them.
Quotes, invoices and credit notes
An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one click, a credit note corrects what needs correcting, and your numbering stays unbroken. Your PDFs go out in your company's name, with your legal mentions and your VAT.
Customers, suppliers and catalogue
Every counterparty in one place: contact details, documents, payment history. Your products and services keep their prices, ready to drop onto a document.
Payments and matching
Payments received are matched against the invoices they settle. What is still owed reads at a glance, invoice by invoice and customer by customer.
Payment reminders
Late invoices are chased on the schedule you set, so getting paid stops depending on your memory.
Purchases and expenses
Supplier invoices, payments made and suppliers tracked next to your sales: both sides of your business live in the same tool, with the same view of what is left to pay.
Stock
Quantities, movements in and out, alert thresholds and stocktakes. An issued invoice draws stock down on its own, and you see what needs reordering coming.
Bank and reconciliation
Your accounts, your imported statements and the reconciliation of your entries against your invoices. Your cash position becomes an answer rather than a search.
Accounting export
Your chart of accounts, its mapping and the journal exported in the formats your accountant works with. Month end becomes a file rather than a shoebox.
Access, rights and companies
Everyone works under their own name, with their rank and the companies that concern them. Several companies live in the same account, each with its own documents and numbering.
Simple
How you get started
1. Your company is opened
Your subscription creates your company with its currency, its jurisdiction and its numbering. You can issue your first quote straight away.
2. Your team joins you
You open an access for each person, with their rank and their scope. Everyone works under their own name, and the history says so.
3. We look after it
Hosting, updates, backups and support stay on our side: you open your browser, and your business is there.
What is a module?
A module is one side of running your business: invoicing, purchases, the bank, stock. They share the same customers, the same catalogue and the same company, so a settled invoice turns up in the bank and a sold item comes off the stock, with nobody re-entering anything.
The whole catalogue, one price
The entire catalogue is included in the company subscription: one price covers quotes, invoices, credit notes, customers, suppliers, purchases, bank and stock. A module added to the catalogue later is included as it stands at that time.
Your data stays yours
Your documents, your customers, your entries and your figures belong to you, and they export whenever you want, in formats your accountant and your other tools can read.
Where to start
New to our management software? Start with the offer: Simafri ERP tells you what your subscription covers and what it costs. And if your trade calls for software that exists for it alone, Pléiade by Simafri builds it around your needs.
Frequently asked questions about the modules
Are all the modules included?
Yes. One price covers the whole catalogue: quotes, invoices, credit notes, customers, suppliers, purchases, bank and stock. A module added to the catalogue later is included as it stands at that time.
Do I need to activate a module to use it?
It is there the moment your company is opened: you open the screen and you use it. Nothing to order, nothing to set up first.
Can I run several companies?
Yes. Each company keeps its own documents, numbering and currency, and you move from one to the other from the same account. Each has its own subscription, at the same price.
Can my accountant get my entries?
Yes. The accounting export hands them over in the formats they work with, so the regulated part of your accounts stays with the professional who signs it.
What if my trade calls for something else?
Tell us what that software has to do. Pléiade by Simafri builds custom software when the need goes beyond day-to-day management, and we then host and look after it like everything else.
