Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can order the update of your plan at any time directly from your Simafri customer area. In which case the price will be adjusted according to the value of the time remaining in your initial plan. Once your order has been paid, the update is immediate and does not entail any interruption of service.

What are the limitations of Dolisim?

There are no limits on Dolisim, you can create as many invoices, quotes, customer records, user accounts, stocks, products, real estate, projects, tasks, accounting entries, etc. as you wish, and whatever pack you have chosen.

Is there a time commitment?

There is no time commitment. If you wish to cancel, all you have to do is deactivate the service in the Simafri customer area or simply suspend your payments.

What happens if I cancel my service?

If you terminate your service, you can recover the entire software, your files and your data (database) directly from your Simafri customer area. You will be free to use it as you wish.

Do you give training?

Yes, we provide training by videoconference. We can also set up support plans to help you integrate the software into your business. These services are not included in the base rates and are billed on the basis of a quote.

Is the Dolisim offer compatible with MAC or Linux?

Yes, the Dolisim offer can be used on a MAC or a Linux workstation (moreover, most of our employees work on Linux, and some on MAC). Our software works using your web browser, so it is completely independent of your machine’s operating system.

What if I need more storage space?

You can increase your storage space in increments of 10 GB, the cost being 0.95 € / GB / month. However, the storage spaces included in the basic Dolisim plans are already very generous and few customers need more.

Do you do on-site installations?

Yes, we can do on-site installations, but this is reserved for very specific cases and requires a much larger budget. The Cloud solution is perfectly suited for more than 99% of our customers.

What exactly does "recurring discount" or "lifetime discount" mean?

This means the discount will apply for life on all renewals in your plan. For example, if you enjoy a recurring 20% discount on the Dolisim Silver plan, then instead of paying € 49.99 per month, you will only pay € 39.99 per month (the discount will automatically apply to all months, or annually if you have chosen annual payment).

Does your software comply with the VAT anti-fraud law?

Yes, our software complies with the VAT anti-fraud law, and meets the conditions for data inalterability. We are able to issue you a certificate so that you can present it to the tax authorities if necessary.

Who has access to my data?

When installing your software, identification codes will be given to you. Once you change your password, no one else but you will have access to your software. Simafri employees do not know your password and do not have access to your data.

Where are the servers located?

Our servers are located in the UK, in ISO 27001 certified data centers.

Will I be able to make backups on my own?

Yes, you can use our utility at any time to download a full copy of your software, files, and database.

Can you help me migrate data from existing software?

Yes, we can help you migrate from your current software to Dolisim on request.

I already use Dolibarr, can I transfer it to the Dolisim offer?
