What are Dolisim's limitations?
There are no limits on Dolisim: you can create as many invoices, quotes, customer records, user accounts, stocks, products, projects, tasks, accounting entries, etc. as you wish, whichever plan you choose.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
There is no commitment period. If you wish to cancel, simply deactivate the service in the Simafri client area or just stop your payments.
What happens if I cancel my service?
If you cancel your service, you can retrieve the entire software product, your files and your data (database) directly from your Simafri client area. You are free to use them as you wish.
Is your software compliant with the VAT anti-fraud law?
Yes, our software is compliant with the VAT anti-fraud law and meets the data inalterability requirements. We can issue you a certificate to present to the tax authorities if needed.
Can my national chart of accounts be integrated?
Yes. Whether you are in France, Belgium or any other country, your chart of accounts can be integrated. The chart of accounts is fully configurable, including a chart specific to your sector.
Is the Dolisim offer compatible with Mac or Linux?
Yes, the Dolisim offer can be used on a Mac or a Linux machine. Our software runs in your web browser, so it is completely independent of your machine's operating system.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can order an upgrade of your plan at any time directly from your Simafri client area. The price is adjusted according to the remaining value of your initial plan. Once your order is paid, the upgrade is immediate and causes no service interruption.
What if I need more storage space?
You can increase your storage space in 5 GB increments, at a cost of only €0.95/GB/month. That said, the storage space included in the base Dolisim plans is already very generous and few customers ever need more.
Where are the servers located?
Our servers are located in the United Kingdom, in ISO 27001 certified datacenters, with automatic daily backups.
Who has access to my data?
When your software is installed, login credentials are handed over to you. Once you have changed your password, nobody but you has access to your software. Simafri employees do not know your password and have no access to your data.
I already use Dolibarr, can I transfer it to the Dolisim offer?
Yes, it is possible: please contact our customer service in that case, we will be happy to carry out the migration operations for you. Migration from another software product is assessed with a quote.
Do you provide training?
Yes, we provide training by videoconference. We can also set up onboarding plans to help you integrate the software into your business. These services are not included in the base prices and are billed on the basis of a quote.
